Some Non-Poodle Things
January 15th, 2008 Posted in Photos, off topicI have a new computer. Parts of it are excellent and parts of it I’m still baffled by. I changed operating systems (XP to Vista, and it’s definitely different, although I like it better) and I changed versions of Office. And I don’t yet have Photoshop so I’m using the Photoshop Elements that came with the computer, so… it’s a challenge.
Anyway: a photo of Jay and me when we went out to dinner for our 24th wedding anniversary:
The pretty scarf was a Christmas present from my daughter, who bought it in Germany. It’s warm and soft.
And a photo of our coral bark maple–a mutual anniversary present the first year we lived in this house (so January of 2002)–with the snow on its naked branches:
