Out in public with a poodle…
July 6th, 2008 Posted in life with poodlesYesterday my sister and I took Dancer with us to the farmer’s market in Redmond. She behaved beautifully, walking nicely at my side on a loose leash. I remain fascinated by the reactions people have to poodles. There were lots of dogs there but I think Dancer got the most attention by far. Every 6-to-10-year-old girl there wanted to pet her. I was awfully glad I’d spent the time getting the mats out of her topknot and ears!
