Flying Poodles

Yesterday I took Miss Dancer to Canine College to work some more on her contacts. She did a stellar job with her dog walk contacts, an okay job with her A-frame contacts… and then ran over to the teeter–set to full height because I hadn’t taken it down yet–and walked slowly over it, with a lovely two-paw bow to push it down.

Of course, being a perfect dog trainer, I whooped and hollered and praised and gave her all the steak in my pocket.

She did it again, a little faster. More steak.

Third time, she did a jump, a tunnel, and then did the teeter. A little bit faster. More whooping and hollering. Then we quit and played for a while.
