Elly and Fences…
November 13th, 2008 Posted in life with poodlesElly has a thing about fences… Yesterday at practice, Cheryl had put a snow fence (orange plastic) across the end of the arena, and her dogs were behind it. (It was raining so hard that leaving them in the car would have been impossible, she would have been soaked just checking on them.)
Elly ran over to the fence and ran along it. The she stopped, lay down next to the fence and looked at it for a while. Then she did the same thing at another spot. The she put her nose under it, pushed it up, and just kind of slithered under it. Not stupid, that dog.

how very cute…but didn’t she realize she could practically “walk” over it? Not that I wish that on anyone because then she might decide to jump the fence at a trial!

Elly sounds wonderful and loads of fun! My girl, Winnie, is from Moonstone, too, and we’ve enjoyed reading your blog. I am looking for agility for her and think she’ll love it. Winnie is also one who enjoys any opportunity to exercise mind and body.

HI Elizabeth–nice to have a new reader. I hope your Winnie is healthier than my Elly? Who are Winnie’s parents?
