I made a few minor changes to the recipes. Mostly to reflect further experience with the processes.

I have been wearing the Inov-8 312 GTX shoes. I love Goretex shoes. The 312s are nicely generous in width in the toe area, which I like, because it’s been cold and I’ve been wearing thick wool socks–besides all the usual Inov-8 advantages, like surefootedness. My husband gave me a nice pair of socks that we sell. Wow, are they warm! (We interrupt this post for a word from your sponsor: warm socks.) It was a funny Christmas; everyone in my family gave everyone else socks. I guess we were all feeling cold when we were shopping.

I have been working with Dancer on the full-height teeter. She is hesitating less and less, and even showing some enthusiasm. This is huge. I am proud of my patience and persistence, and even prouder of Dancer, who has worked hard to please me and overcome her fears.
