Inov-8 Shoes

I am a local rep for Inov-8 shoes. They are a British brand of trail running shoes, developed for the obscure British sport of fell running, which apparently involves running on wet grass, snow, mud, and ice, through woods, over hill and dale, all in the great British tradition of maximal discomfort while doing something competitive.

I love my Inov-8 shoes. I have not slipped on the wet grass or mud since I got my first pair almost four years ago. I try to persuade everyone I know to buy them, for running agility, which is how I became a rep. I carry a bag of shoes to agility trials, so that people can try them on for a run or two and see for themselves how great they are at preventing slips and slides. Plus, they have Goretex models that keep your feet dry, not inconsiderable here in the Pacific Northwest. If you’re going to be doing agility here in the Northwest, and want to try a pair for a run or two, let me know (send me an email at diana (at) flyingpoodles.com) and I can tell you what trials my bag of shoes and I will be attending.
